Property (required)

It is the vendor's responsibility to obtain vendor insurance for any confirmed event. KHI Studios, Kreative House Consulting, and event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage to property, or disputes.

Media (required)

I acknowledge that media content taken during events will be used for marketing purposes.

Language (required)

I acknowledge that foul language, disparaging language, or disrespect towards fellow vendors, the venue, organizers, or partners is unacceptable and may lead to removal or other action.

Refund (required)

I accept the terms & conditions and acknowledge that if I am confirmed for and book a paid event, that event is non-refundable and will continue rain or shine. KHI Studios and event coordinators are not responsible for the sales or profit of my business. The success of any pop-up is a collective responsibility — vendors must promote events via social platforms and posting event flyers.
