Who we are
KHI Studios is a brand of Kreative House Consulting. This policy covers data collected through our websites, rental requests, event registrations, partner / sponsor inquiries, and related communications.
What we collect
- Contact information you submit through forms (name, email, phone, company, event details, notes).
- Rental, vendor, partner, sponsor, and influencer application details, including event date, location, and requested items.
- Basic technical information (browser, device, pages viewed) used to operate and improve the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and provide the service you asked for.
- For marketing, partner, affiliate, sponsor, and vendor communications related to our events and services.
- For customer support and to send transactional updates.
- To prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.
Payments & credit cards
We do not store credit card numbers. All payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe), which handles card data directly. We only receive limited information such as the card brand, last four digits, and payment status.
Rental preauthorizations
For external rentals (“Rent for your event”), you may be asked to preauthorize a card on the invoice. If the rental is not returned by the agreed-upon return date, we may charge that card on an off-session, recurring basis at the item's prorated rental rate until the equipment is returned. You will receive a receipt for each charge. The card is stored at Stripe, not on our servers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. payments, email, hosting, analytics) and with partners or affiliates when you have specifically requested an introduction or quote.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message, or request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing contact@thekreativehouse.com. Transactional messages tied to an active rental, invoice, or event will continue while the engagement is active.
